SHIPPING POLICY Made to Order Every DGC shirt is made to order. Your order enters production after it is placed. Production Time Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days. Production times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or when a product requires additional quality checks. U.S. Economy Shipping Economy Shipping starts at $3.99. The exact shipping charge is shown at checkout based on the items and destination in your order. U.S. Economy Shipping typically takes 4–8 business days after the order ships. Including production, most U.S. orders are expected to arrive approximately 6–15 business days after purchase. U.S. orders of $65 or more receive free Economy Shipping automatically. No discount code is required. International Shipping International shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. International orders may use a different shipping method and delivery timeframe than U.S. Economy Shipping. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Delivery Estimates All production and delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control can affect arrival times. Tracking and Split Shipments Tracking information will be emailed once an order ships. Tracking can take time to update after the carrier receives the package. Orders containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in separate packages. Shipping Addresses Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Because orders enter production shortly after purchase, address changes are not guaranteed. Lost or Delayed Packages If tracking has not updated for an extended period or a package appears lost in transit, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the fulfillment provider and carrier.
